No contract will commence between you and Start Solutions Ltd until startworkwear accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your product. Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will be exactly the colour of the product you receive. Startworkwear takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on our website are correct at the time the time of entering onto the website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice. All goods offered on the startworkwear website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will email as soon as possible, see deliveries. Our website is updated on a regular basis.

Delivery is charged at £5.99 per order. for over seas, Ireland, the Highlands, and islands please contact us as there will be an extra charge but it will be kept to a minimum.

You can send an item back for any reason within 14 days - if an item is sent back unused we will exchange it for another product or provide a full refund. Items should be in their original condition.
You are responsible for returns postage costs. Some heavy items, such as boots, are expensive to return via the post office - we can collect these from you for a standard delivery charge of £5.99 (NB. this applies to the UK mainland only).
You hold responsibility for the item until it reaches us so you should ensure that it is well packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Postage will be charged for replacements and the original postage charge is not refundable. Sending an item for exchange indicates your acceptance of returns postage charges.
