 We aim to get your order dispatched to you as soon as we possiblly can. Personalised garments are normally dispatched within 5 working days after approval of artwork. During busier periods delivery can be a little longer depending on manufacturer and stock levels

Express 1-2 working days £6.95*

Royal Mail / DPD / Parcelforce

  • 2-5 working day service within U.K Mainland.
  • Missed deliveries may be collected from your local royal mail sorting office, card will be left.
  • Royal mail deliveries include Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the isle of white, may take up to 10 days.

 

Express Delivery

  • All items 2-30kgs on express delivery are despatched on a 1-2 day service.
  • Deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm.
  • Signature required.
  • Tracked service, tracking reference email will be sent.
  • A calling card will be left for missed deliveries where you can easily request a re-delivery free of charge.
  • Our courier will also try neighbours for delivery if no one is available.
  • You may also request to collect your parcel from a Parcel force depot once a calling card has been left.
  • You can also request to have your parcel delivered to your local Post Office using the Convenient Collect service. This service will only be applicable if a delivery has been missed and you receive a calling card, this service will have a £1 charge that will be payable by the customer.

Zone 3
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

RETURNS

We hope you are over the moon with every garment you order from us. But in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied you can return the order to us.

 

Who organises the return?

  • If you have received the wrong items or they are faulty, we will arrange collection of the items.
  • You must organise the return of items to us for any other reason.

Products we’re unable to accept back

We will replace any customised item if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items unless they are faulty.

How to make a return

  1. Contact us by email at sales@startworkwear.com with your name, order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a returns note and return address. You need to return the note with your garments for them to be processed efficiently.
  3. Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging and in there origional condition.
  4. Then leave it to us. We will give you a full refund by the same method you originally used to pay for your order. We aim to complete the refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.

Please note

If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.
